Gallant AI Business Evolution Assessment · Last updated August 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Gallant Business Solutions, LLC (“Gallant,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information in connection with the Gallant AI Business Evolution Assessment, its results pages and reports, related communications, and the associated administrative portal (collectively, the “Assessment”).
This Policy does not govern third-party websites or services that have their own privacy policies, including the scheduling service reached through a discovery-call link.
1. Information We Collect
Information you provide
- Contact and professional information: first and last name, work email address, company or organization, job title, and, if you choose to provide them, telephone number and website.
- Assessment information: the analysis level you select (entire business, business function, or workflow process), relevant business context, current process details, business challenge, business objective, constraints, and other responses you submit.
- Communication preferences: whether you consent to receive marketing follow-ups, along with unsubscribe and suppression status.
- Communications and support: messages, questions, feedback, or requests you send to us.
Information generated through the Assessment
- Assessment results and reports: the summary, top three brand-neutral AI opportunities, implementation considerations, and downloadable executive PDF created from your responses.
- Activity and status records: assessment start and completion, report generation and download, discovery-call button clicks, email delivery status, and discovery-call scheduling status.
Information collected automatically
- Campaign attribution data: source, medium, campaign, and content or advertisement variation associated with your visit.
- Limited usage events: page and funnel events used to understand whether the Assessment is working as intended and to measure campaign performance.
- Basic technical and security data: IP address, device or browser type, timestamps, referring URL, and diagnostic or error logs that may be processed to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the Assessment.
We do not intentionally collect precise geolocation through the Assessment.
Information received from other services
- Scheduling information: when you use the discovery-call link, our scheduling provider may send us your booking email address, event identifier, meeting date and time, and booking, cancellation, or rescheduling status so we can update your record and pause or resume follow-up messages as appropriate.
- Email delivery information: our email service provider may provide delivery, bounce, open, click, and unsubscribe events.
- Referral information: social media platforms, advertising partners, or referring sites may pass campaign parameters in the link you use to reach the Assessment.
2. How We Use Information
- Provide, operate, and administer the Assessment.
- Analyze your responses and generate your personalized AI Business Evolution Report.
- Send the report or a secure report link to the email address you provide.
- Send marketing follow-up emails only when you have separately opted in, and stop them when you unsubscribe or when a discovery call is recorded as scheduled.
- Match scheduling events to your contact record, maintain booking history, and support discovery-call follow-up.
- Maintain lead, assessment, report, email, and booking records in the administrative portal and permit authorized administrators to export those records.
- Measure campaign and funnel performance, diagnose errors, prevent misuse, and protect the security and integrity of the Assessment.
- Respond to requests, comply with law, establish or defend legal claims, and enforce our terms and policies.
3. How AI Is Used
The Assessment uses artificial intelligence to analyze the business information you submit and prepare a plain-language report containing three potential AI opportunities. We may use service providers acting on our behalf to perform this processing.
Important: The report is preliminary business information designed to support a future discussion. It is not legal, financial, tax, employment, medical, or other professional advice, and it is not used by Gallant to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you.
4. When We Disclose Information
We may disclose personal information to the following categories of recipients for the purposes described in this Policy:
- Service providers that support app hosting, databases, AI processing, report and PDF generation, file delivery, email delivery, scheduling, analytics, security, and technical support.
- Professional advisers, such as attorneys, accountants, auditors, insurers, and consultants, when reasonably necessary for their services.
- Government authorities, courts, or other parties when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, security, or the integrity of the Assessment.
- A buyer, successor, or other relevant party in connection with a proposed or completed merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of business assets, subject to appropriate safeguards.
- Other parties at your direction or with your consent.
No sale or targeted-advertising use
We do not sell personal information. We do not share your contact information or assessment responses for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not use those responses to target advertisements to you across unrelated websites or services.
5. Report Delivery and Marketing Emails
Providing your email address authorizes us to deliver the report and essential messages related to your Assessment. This report-delivery communication is separate from marketing consent.
If you select the optional marketing checkbox, we may send a limited follow-up sequence about the Assessment and a potential discovery call. You can unsubscribe at any time by using the link in a marketing email or contacting us. We may retain a suppression record so we can continue honoring your choice.
When our scheduling integration records a discovery call as scheduled, the automated follow-up sequence is paused. An authorized administrator may also update this status manually. If a call is canceled, follow-up handling may be updated in accordance with your consent and unsubscribe status.
6. Cookies, Similar Technologies, and Analytics
The Assessment may use cookies, local storage, link parameters, and similar technologies that are necessary to maintain a session, preserve campaign attribution, remember limited preferences, secure the service, and measure funnel performance. We do not use assessment responses for targeted advertising.
Browser controls may allow you to block or delete cookies. Blocking technologies that are necessary to operate the Assessment may affect its functionality. If we later introduce materially different nonessential tracking, we will update this Policy and implement any notice or choice required by applicable law.
7. Data Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including delivering reports, administering leads and discovery calls, maintaining business and legal records, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, and protecting the Assessment. Retention periods may vary based on the type of record and applicable legal, accounting, security, and operational requirements.
When information is no longer needed, we will delete it, de-identify it, or otherwise dispose of it in accordance with our retention practices. We may keep a limited unsubscribe or suppression record for as long as needed to honor your marketing preference.
8. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. No system or transmission method is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your Privacy Choices and Rights
Depending on where you live and subject to applicable exceptions, you may have the right to request that we:
- Confirm whether we process your personal information and provide access to it.
- Correct inaccurate personal information.
- Delete personal information you provided or that we obtained about you.
- Provide a portable copy of certain information.
- Disclose categories of personal information, sources, purposes, and recipient categories.
- Honor an opt-out from sale, targeted advertising, or certain profiling, where applicable. Gallant does not currently engage in these activities through the Assessment.
- Limit certain uses of sensitive personal information, where applicable. Please do not submit sensitive personal information through the Assessment.
- Provide equal service and not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.
How to submit a request
Email Info@Gallantbusinesssolutions.com to submit a request. Please describe your request and provide enough information for us to locate the relevant record. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. Authorized agents may submit requests where permitted by law, subject to verification of their authority.
Appeals
If we deny a request and applicable law provides an appeal right, you may appeal by using the same contact method and placing “Privacy Appeal” in the subject line. We will respond within the period required by applicable law and explain any further options that may be available.
Marketing choice
You can opt out of marketing emails at any time through the unsubscribe link in the message. Even after you opt out of marketing, we may send nonmarketing messages necessary to deliver a requested report, respond to you, or administer a scheduled call.
10. Children’s Privacy
The Assessment is intended for business professionals and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the Assessment. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.
11. Third-Party Services and Links
The Assessment may link to or interact with third-party services, including a scheduling provider. Those services operate under their own privacy policies and terms. We encourage you to review them before providing information directly to those services.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy as our practices, technology, or legal obligations change. We will post the updated version and revise the “Last updated” date. If required by law, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent before a material change takes effect.
